The Delta State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has affirmed the election of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governor Sheriff Oborevwori in the March 18 election. The petition was submitted by former Deputy President of the Senate, Ovie Omo-Agege of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and was dismissed by a three-member tribunal led by Justice C.H. Ahuchaogu.
