Portable, the controversial singer, has called out acclaimed rapper Olamide, claiming he “will regret not signing me.”
The singer, who rose to fame with the 2021 hit “Zazoo Zeh,” a collaboration with Olamide and dancer Poco Lee, took to his Instagram story to air his grievances.
He accused his former collaborators of cheating him and withdrawing their support after he demanded his rights.
The “Tony Montana” hitmaker also claimed that Olamide has neglected him and would come to regret not signing him to his record label, YBNL.
“I believe in God, my phone, and sub. Any disappointment is a blessing. Zazuu, I am blessed internationally; I have a fan base,” he wrote.
“If you forget me, my God will not forget me. God bless Skepta, my helper who carried me from where they stopped.
“Love those who love you. Support those who support you; they can carry you, even if others hate on you because you are not a fool. If you spoil me for those who love me, you will die young.
“Zazuu turned a local rapper into an international rapper and a local dancer into a ripper. A friend of an Ole na Ole ZEHNATION, many inspirations. When my time comes, you cannot stop me.
“Olamide Bado will regret why he did not sign me or support me again, just because I fought for my rights.
“God of Zazuu is coming for those who block my path. I believe I can fly. The star will shine; God sent my helper to me. I am international and will be bigger than them.”
This is not the first time Portable has publicly called out fellow artistes. In 2023, he initially begged Davido for a collaboration, only to later criticize him for refusing. He also requested a feature from Burna Boy, despite the Grammy winner having gifted him N20 million.
