    Afeez Agoro Oladimeji, Nigeria’s tallest man, died at the age of 48 after a protracted illness

    The prominent reality TV star and actor, popularly known as Nigeria’s tallest man who stood at 7 ft 4 in height, had been ailing for months due to a confirmed struggle with degenerative hip arthritis.

    He was taken to Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, yesterday evening, June 14, after developing issues weeks after seeking financial assistance to undergo surgery.

    However, He died around 7:30 pm last night.

    It has been confirmed that his burial arrangement commenced at his residence in Community Road, Akoka.

    Afeez who was elated after successful surgery, revealed in his last Facebook post saying “Thank God Almighty for a successful operation now it’s time for therapy”.
