The abducted Catholic Priest, Rev. Father Anthony Adikwu of St.Margaret’s Parish, Ajegbe Awume in Ohimini LGA, Benue State, has been released.
Gunmen whisked the cleric away on June 15 between the hours of 7:00 and 8:00 PM from his parish, located in Amejo Ugbokolo.
A resident of Amejo Ugbokolo confirmed that Fr. Adikwu has been released.
He said, “Thank God for the release of Rev. Father Anthony Adikwu, who was kidnapped a few days ago. To God be the glory”
