Jafar Musa, an 18-year-old citizen of Niger State, killed Seyi Simon, a 25-year-old student of the Federal University of Education, Kontagora. The event occurred on Easter Sunday in Kontagora LGA’s school hall during a student-organized party for freshly admitted students at FUE Kontagora. Chronicle NG gathered that there was a disagreement between Musa from the Angwan-Gwari area of Kontangora and Simon, a student at the institution. It was also revealed that Musa stabbed Simon with a dagger during the battle, and Simon was taken to Kontangora General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
