The Federal Government of Nigeria has approved a special purpose vehicle to support the delivery of an additional 90,000 km of fibre optic cable, it has begun talks with the World Bank. The Lagos State Government has called for heightened vigilance and adoption of precautionary measures as the state records cholera outbreak resulting in five deaths.
