The United Nations Security Council on Monday backed a proposal outlined by President Joe Biden for a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip and urged the Palestinian militants to accept the deal aimed at ending the eight-month-long war. Judges of the Federal High Court of Nigeria are to proceed on their 2024 yearly vacation from July 23.  The Chief Judge, Justice John Terhemba Tsoho, who disclosed this on Tuesday in Abuja, said that the vacation is in accordance with Order 46, Rule 4(d) of the Federal High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules 2019.
