Tragedy struck at Hong Kong International Airport on Monday when a cargo plane veered off the runway during landing, collided with a security patrol car, and plunged into the sea, killing two men inside the vehicle. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will on Saturday, October 25, conduct a mock accreditation exercise in Anambra State to test the upgraded Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) ahead of the November governorship election.
