The Federal Government of Nigeria has reopened schools for JSS 3 and SS3 students across the country as it continues to lift lockdown. But all primary schools and daycare centres across the nation remain closed, the Federal Government has declared. The National Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19, Sani Aliyu, stated this in Abuja on Monday. “All daycares and primary schools to remain closed till further evaluation,” he said.

The Federal Government on Monday lifted ban on interstate movement effective from July 1. Iran has issued an arrest warrant and asked Interpol for help in detaining US President Donald Trump and dozens of others it believes carried out the drone strike that killed a top Iranian general in Baghdad.
