The Chief Provost of Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), Imo State Command, Okiemute Mrere, has been killed by unknown gunmen. Mrere, was assassinated on Saturday night on Owerri- Port Harcourt Road in Owerri, it was learnt on Monday. Unidentified gunmen have killed a former judge of the Enugu State High Court, Justice Stanley Nnaji while he was driving in his Mercedes Benz SUV, in the Enugu metropolis. Justice Nnaji was reportedly shot on the chest and robbed of his SUV. The assailants numbering three were seen in a viral video double-crossing the former judge along Ebeano Tunnel, Enugu on Sunday evening. Nestle said on Monday it was working on updating its nutrition and health strategy after the Financial Times reported an internal document at the food giant described a large portion of its food and drinks as unhealthy.
