The Federal Government on Tuesday said tolling will soon return to the highways after a public private partnership was reached. It noted that 75 companies have submitted concession bids for 12 highways under the first phase of the Highway Development Management Initiative (HDMI). The sit-at-home directive by the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) turned bloody on Monday in parts of the Southeast. No fewer than three policemen were found dead in Enugu State.
