Abba Kyari was reportedly on the payroll of Hushpuppi, a notorious fraudster

Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari has denied allegations by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), that he collected $1.1 million bribe to arrest a colleague of the embattled international cyber criminal, Ramon Olorunwa Abbas aka Hushpuppi. According to the FBI, the funds used for the bribe were proceeds which Hushpuppi had stolen from a Qatari school-owner among many other victims across the world. The anti-graft agency also alleged that the super cop was on Hushpuppi’s payroll. Blessing Okagbare has blamed the Athletics Federation of Nigeria for the unfortunate disqualification of some members of the Nigerian Olympics team.
