The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) says the upcoming spectrum auction for 5G services will hold December 13, 2021. Oluwatoyin Asaju, director of spectrum administration at Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), announced this on Thursday at a stakeholders’ consultative forum in Lagos. The commission had fixed the reserved price for the 3.5GHz spectrum auction at $197.4 million. The Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola has listed major roads that have been completed by the Federal Government and are ready for commissioning nationwide. The minister reeled out the names of the roads when he appeared before the House of Representatives Committee on Works to defend the 2022 budget proposal in Abuja. The roads, according to him, are the Kano-Maiduguri Road linking Kano-Jigawa-Bauchi-Yobe and Borno States Section II, 177.77 km executed for N65.32 billion and Section 101.84 km for N45.18 billion.
