A policeman identified as Sergeant Akpoboloukeme has reportedly killed his colleague Sgt Sapele Eyerindideke, in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. Reports say that the duo are cousins from Torubene community in Delta State. It was gathered that the officers had engaged in an argument during a wedding ceremony which they had attended together, at a popular hotel along INEC road in Yenagoa metropolis. Israeli troops shot and killed a 13-year-old Palestinian boy during clashes in the occupied West Bank on Friday, the Palestinian health ministry said. There was no immediate comment from the Israeli military on the incident, which occurred east of the city of Nablus in the central West Bank. The boy was shot in the abdomen and died soon after being rushed to hospital, the health ministry and medics said. The professors and four other persons who were abducted from the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have been rescued by operatives of the FCT Police command. The victims who were kidnapped from the staff quarters of the university in Gwagwalada Area Council were freed after three days in captivity.
