Wuraola Babalola, has petitioned a Mapo Customary Court in Ibadan, seeking the dissolution of her marriage of 14 years to Oladimeji, over alleged attempt to use her for money ritual. The United Kingdom Commercial and Arbitration Court has granted a stay of execution of the earlier judgment asking Nigeria to pay the sum of $9.6 billion to Process and Industrial Development Limited over a failed Gas Supply and Processing Agreement. The court, however, asked Nigeria to pay the sum of $200 million as security fee for the stay of the execution pending the hearing and determination of the appeal it has lodged against the judgment. Jacques Chirac, former President of France, has died at the age of 86, news agency AFP reports quoting his son-in-law. Islamic State said via its Amaq news agency that it killed 14 Nigerian soldiers in the northeast state of Borno in attacks on Wednesday. The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has destroyed a major Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP) Logistics Base and Training Camp at Kusuma on the fringes of Lake Chad in Borno.
