The Minister of State for FCT, Dr Ramatu  Aliyu, has expressed concern over the underutilisation of the FCT Ultra-Modern Youth Support Centre located at Nyanya in Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC). Former Imo governor Rochas Okorocha has denied reports claiming that some of his aides had gone into hiding to evade arrest by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Some armed robbers on Thursday attacked a branch of Wema Bank in Ise Ekiti, Ise/Orun Local Government Area of Ekiti. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that though no life was lost in the incident, the robbers, who arrived the town some minutes after 2:00pm, carted away money in the operation which lasted about 30 minutes. The Federal High Court in Abuja has threatened to jail the Director-General of the Department of State Security Service (DSS), Yusuf Bichi, over his continued detention of Mr Omoyele Sowore, SaharaReporters publisher.
