The media centre of INEC was involved in a fire incident on Friday, April 17, 2020. Anambra State Commissioner for Health Dr. Vincent Okpala has assured the people of close and daily monitoring of the 39 contacts of the COVID-19 index case in the state. Former Cameroon striker Samuel Eto’o has said he will distribute supplies to 100,000 people to help support efforts to combat coronavirus in his home country.
