The media centre of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abuja was involved in a fire incident on Friday, April 17, 2020.
The fire broke out around noon, according to a report by The Nation.
Firefighters are currently on the scene to put out the fire.
The office is the third government building to witness a fire incident in Abuja in just a little over a week.
The office of the Accountant General in Abuja went up in flames on April 8, followed by another fire incident at the headquarters of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in the Maitama area of Abuja on April 15.
