Controversial social media critic Martin Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, has been remanded in police custody until his next hearing, scheduled for next Wednesday.
Otse was reportedly charged with cyberbullying involving Nollywood actresses Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dike on Wednesday in Abuja’s Federal High Court, where he pleaded not guilty.
Deji Adeyanju, his lawyer, applied for release, but the prosecution requested additional time to react; therefore, the judge adjourned the bail hearing until May 29.
