Nigerians have continued to groan under the increasing level of hardship in the country as the effect of the economic policies of the President Bola Tinubu-led administration bites harder and labels the president ‘T-Pain.”

A commercial taxi driver based in Ilorin, Kwara State, Wahab Ajibaye, has voiced his frustration over the soaring fuel prices that have left him barely able to provide for his family.

Ajibaye, who claims to make N20,000 daily from his taxi business, revealed that the bulk of his earnings go into fuelling his vehicle, leaving him with just N3,000 to take home.

In an emotional outcry, Ajibaye stated that despite owning his vehicle, the increasing cost of fuel has made it impossible for him to meet his family’s basic needs.

“I am buying fuel for N1,100, and I make N20,000 (daily), but I take only N3,000 with me to my house after work,” he said, lamenting that he can no longer adequately support his wife and children.

Ajibaye didn’t hold back in his criticism of the All Progressives Congress (APC) government, accusing the ruling party of exacerbating the economic hardship faced by ordinary Nigerians.

“The APC government will not end well,” he declared. “Nigeria is becoming worse, and we pray God takes away this set of current leaders.”

His frustration mirrors the widespread discontent across the country as fuel price hikes and inflation continue to squeeze the incomes of everyday citizens with Tinubu “T-Pain”-led crunchy economy.

Ajibaye went further to accuse the government of being insensitive to the plight of Nigerians, stating, “Their government is bringing more suffering.

Despite being cursed by many Nigerians, they remain unafraid. They should rethink.”

Afam Deluxo posted with an image of Tinubu, “My name is T-Pain, and I am here to impoverish you.”

“E be like T-Pain dey use Jazz, because what the f… is this silence everywhere while the quality of our life reduces every day?” Haliberry ponders. Haliberry reflects. She continued, “When I tweeted yesterday night, I was just thinking out loud, like, is this how we would continue?”

Chronicle NG reports that Nigerians are also blaming the Tinubu “T-Pain” government for its insensitivity and failure to proffer measures that will bring succour to citizens.
