A 36-year-old Kenyan man was found dead on Thursday 4 April in his apartment in Brooklyn, Massachusetts.

Conrad Mwoshi Natse, who was supposed to seat for his Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) exam at the Medical Career Center in Waltham, Massachusetts failed to show up.

Attempts to be reached on phone by his fiancée after he failed to show up for the exam were futile which prompted her to drive to his apartment to know what happened.

After a welfare check was done, Conrad’s body was found lying flat on his bed.

His body was taken to Boston Medical for a medical examination as his cause of death is yet to be established.

Conrad’s parents Hesbon Natse and Jane Ijaya Makani from Kakamega County have appealed to Kenyans to help them send his body home so that he can be laid to rest.

“This shocking news did not allow us time to prepare for his departure yet his body needs to be flown back home in Kenya to be put to rest. I therefore humbly ask for your assistance to facilitate this cause. Your donations will help relieve some financial strain his family will face during this trying moment. Please, help us send Cony home so he can rest,” said Conrad’s family.

Kenyans in Diaspora already set up a GoFundMe to help raise funds to ship Natse’s body for burial.
