    Senator Gaya leads Osinbajo supporters to pick his presidential forms

    Former Kano governor, Kabiru Gaya, has led supporters of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to ICC in Abuja to pick his presidential Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms.

    Gaya, a senator representing Kano South Senatorial District, assured supporters that victory is sure for Prof. Osinbajo who is meeting APC delegates in Cross River and Bayelsa states today.

    Gaya noted that a passionate team support groups and individual Nigerians from across the country raised the funds to support the purchase of APC nomination forms for the Vice President’s 2023 presidential bid.

    Support Groups raised N100 million for the Vice President’s APC presidential Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms.

    Chronicle NG reports that Osinbajo Grassroots Organisation (OGO) donated N15 million while Osinbajo Support Movement (OSM) donated N10.7 million. Many other support groups also donated to make the N100m for the forms.

    Providing an update on the Vice President’s activities, his spokesperson, Laolu Akande wrote on Twitter, “A passionate team of support groups and individual Nigerians from across the country have raised funds to support the purchase of APC nomination forms for the Vice President’s 2023 presidential bid.

    Adding that, “Today, the forms have been collected by representatives of the team just as the VP continues his interactions with APC stakeholders across the States.

    “Today, he is in Cross River and Bayelsa States. It’s all about the VP’s desire to serve the people of Nigeria with all his heart, his experience, insight and knowledge,” he said.
