Sean Combs, popularly known as Diddy, has been sued by a music producer who has accused him of sexual assault and being forced to have sex with sex workers.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones claims he was subjected to unwanted groping and sexual touching while working for Diddy on his latest album.

Diddy is facing his fifth lawsuit alleging sexual abuse.

In response to the case filed in a New York court, Diddy’s lawyer stated it was “pure fiction.”

Diddy’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, added, “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies.

“We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

According to court filings, the music producer resided and traveled with Mr. Combs from September 2022 to November 2023.

His lawyers claim he was drugged, and he recalls waking up naked, dizzy, and confused. He was in bed with two sex workers and Mr. Combs.”

Jones also alleges in his suit that the ‘I need a girl’ crooner was “grooming him to pass him off to his friends” and “engaging in serious illegal activity”.

The suit contained several images of gatherings at Combs’ residence. According to court filings, the images depict young girls and sex workers who were allegedly drugged.

Other defendants mentioned in the suit include Mr. Combs’ son, Justin; his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram; Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge; and former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam.

The suit claims that Grainge, Habtemariam, Motown Records, Love Records, and Universal Music Group “failed to adequately monitor, warn, or supervise” the acts of Mr. Combs, his son, and his chief of staff.

A representative for Justin Combs told TMZ that “they are all lies” and that this was a “clear example of a desperate person taking desperate measures in hopes of a payday.”.

    Jones is demanding $30 million.

This is the fifth legal action brought against Mr. Combs.

Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, the 54-year-old’s ex-girlfriend, sued him in November, alleging that the record label executive raped her in 2018 and subjected her to years of sexual and physical abuse.

The band settled their lawsuit two days later. “I’ve decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms over which I have some control,” Ventura said in a statement.

Four additional accusers have now filed cases against him.

One woman claimed Mr. Combs drugged and sexually raped her before showing a film of the assault to others, while another claimed Mr. Combs and another man took turns raping her and a friend in the early 1990s.

Combs has denied all of the claims against him, and in December he stated, “Let me be absolutely clear, I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and the truth.”
