    Chelsea have made signing Sevilla and France defender Jules Kounde, 23, a priority for the summer, with the Blues also interested in West Ham and England midfielder Declan Rice, 23, plus Monaco’s 22-year-old France midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni. (Telegraph – subscription required)

    Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers says the Foxes have to be realistic about the future of their Belgium international midfielder Youri Tielemans, 24, who has entered the last 18 months of his contract and is interesting Arsenal and Manchester United. (Metro)
