Russia announced Monday that its military had shot down 75 Ukrainian drones overnight, with over 50 destroyed over the southern Rostov region.  According to the defence ministry, air defence systems intercepted 47 drones over Rostov, 17 over the Black and Azov seas, and 11 in other locations, including one over Belgorod’s frontier zone. The Abia Police Command has confirmed the murder of an Inspector of Police and five other people in Aba, Abia’s economic hub, during a deadly attack on a police patrol unit on Sunday.  SP Maureen Chinaka, the state’s police public relations officer (PPRO), acknowledged the occurrence on the command’s official platform.
