Security operatives dispersed protesters in the Karu area of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT on Monday. The demonstrators were just assembling when security agents went after them and arrested three. The Lagos State Police Command has disclosed that an autopsy will be conducted on the corpse of Aribemchukwu, the murdered daughter of Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia. Chronicle NG reported that the deceased, popularly called Chuchu, was killed in her Parkview Estate residence in the Ikoyi area of Lagos State. The DSS picked up Micheal Lenin at approximately 2 a.m. on Monday at his home in the FCT’s Apo region. Hoodlums disguising as protesters invaded churches in Katsina State, looting and destroying properties under the guise of the ongoing nationwide hunger protest. The hoodlums earlier stormed the Living Faith Church in Daura Local Government Area, Katsina State, damaging the building and carting away all its valuables. The newly renovated worship centre, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, suffered damage to its doors and windows as the hoodlums ransacked the building.
