Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, has launched a ₦1 billion lawsuit against Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, accusing him of defamation in an audio tape.  The lawsuit, which was publicised on Bobrisky’s Instagram account on Sunday, alleges that VeryDarkMan uploaded an AI-generated audio recording falsely implicating Bobrisky in criminal associations with high-profile persons such as politicians and law enforcement personnel. At least four girls drowned in a pond on Saturday in the Malkaderi Village in the Gagarawa Local Government Area of Jigawa State. The Katsina State Police Command rescued six victims from kidnappings on the Jibia-Kauran Namoda and Funua-Gusau roads, according to a statement released on Saturday by spokesperson Abubakar Aliyu.  The victims were rescued through collaboration between police and military personnel.
