The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has agreed to supply Premium Motor Spirit (petrol) to members of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) for N995 per litre. An altercation between two relatives turned tragic in Lagos on Monday as one of them fatally stabbed his cousin during a physical confrontation. The Lagos State Police Command confirmed the incident in a statement issued by the Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, noting that the suspect was at large. The Delta State Police Command verified the murder of Agbarho’s Divisional Police Officer (DPO) by suspected kidnappers.  Speaking with Vanguard, the command’s spokesperson, SP Bright Edafe, disclosed that the unfortunate occurrence occurred in the early hours of Monday in Agbarho, debunking earlier reports that it occurred in Orerokpe. A two-story building has reportedly collapsed on Amusu Street, in the Orile Iganmu area of Lagos State. As seen in a video trending online, the building caved in the early hours of Monday as residents nearby scampered for safety.
