Over 162 people have been executed by terrorists in a deadly attack on Woro village in Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State, on Tuesday, in what has been described as the deadliest armed assault in the state this year. The Nigerian Senate has rejected a proposed change to Clause 60, Subsection 3, of the Electoral Amendment Bill that would make electronic transmission of election results mandatory. Several persons were killed by terrorists during an attack on the Abande village in the Kwande Local Government Area of Benue state, including a police officer.
