Former Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has filed an application with the court to quash charges brought against him by the Department of State Services, describing the case as inept and a blatant abuse of the court process. The application was submitted in response to Charge No. FHC/ABJ/CR/99/2026, which is pending before the Federal High Court. Justice Joyce Abdulmalik will hear the case on February 25, 2026.
