The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the Abia South National Assembly elections inconclusive. Prof. Georgina Ugwuanyi, the Returning Officer for the Abia South National Assembly elections, announced this on Tuesday while speaking to party agents at the collation center in Aba.
