The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) apprehended massive consignments of Ghanaian Loud trafficked into Lagos in two trucks and a J5 bus, totaling 14, 524.8 kilogrammes. The Police in Kano State on Saturday announced the arrest of some thugs hired to disrupt the re-run election in the Kunchi Local Government Area of the state. The state Commissioner of Police, Usaini Gumel, revealed this while speaking with journalists in Kano. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has suspended re-run elections at 20 polling stations in Kano, Enugu, and Akwa-Ibom states. Sam Olumekun, INEC National Commissioner and Chairman of the Information and Voter Education Committee, confirmed this in a statement on Saturday.
