Kaduna state governor, Nasir El Rufai on Wednesday received the Kaduna State 2020 Annual Security Report, in which 937 people were said to have been killed by bandits and 1,972 kidnapped within the period. Bayelsa Government has enacted a law prohibiting open grazing of livestock in the state. Gov. Douye Diri assented to the Livestock Breeding, Rearing and Marketing Regulation Law 2021 on Wednesday at the Executive Chamber of Government House, Yenagoa. Gunmen on Wednesday night invaded the National Institute of Construction Technology, Uromi, Esan Northeast Local Government Area of Edo State and abducted yet-to-be-ascertained number of teachers and students. President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday commissioned the ultramodern Niger Delta Development Commission’s (NDDC) headquarters in Port Harcourt, River state, 25 years after the building commenced.
