Armed bandits have abducted the Niger state commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mallam Idris Mohammed. According to reports, the commissioner was abducted around 11pm on Sunday under a heavy downpour. The kidnappers who were heavily armed invaded his residence at Baban Tunga, Tafa local government area of the State.
