At least 12 people were killed when a five-story building collapsed in a suburb of the Indian metropolis of Mumbai Tuesday morning, local authorities said. A man who beat his girlfriend’s five-year-old son to death in a British park because the child lost a shoe was sentenced to life imprisonment on Tuesday. Marvyn Iheanacho, 39, from London, was found guilty at Woolwich Crown Court of the murder of Alex Malcolm. Swiss police have issued an international arrest warrant after a man went on the rampage with a chainsaw in the town of Schaffhausen. Suspect Franz Wrousis, 50, is still on the run more than 24 hours after the attack on a local health insurance office close to the German border. Five people were hurt.
