Nine Republicans voted against the measure. At least 14 people have been rescued from a four-storey building which collapsed on Lagos Island on Tuesday. The building, located at No. 3 Massey Street, Lagos, collapsed at about 2:43 p.m. on Tuesday. Many people are still believed to be trapped in the building as emergency responders intensify their rescue operation.
