The Federal Government is targeting no fewer than 15 million children under its National school feeding programme across the country. Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, disclosed this  at a two-day stakeholders summit on Free and compulsory basic and secondary education in Kano on Tuesday. Year-on-year growth in Nigeria’s economy slowed to 1.94% in the three months to the end of June, the second quarter in a row of decline as the country struggles to shake off the effects of a recession it escaped two years ago.
