Gordon Sondland has provided revised testimony on Ukraine aid

A US diplomat has revised his testimony to a congressional investigation that could seek to remove US President Donald Trump from office. Gordon Sondland says he now remembers telling a Ukrainian official that US military aid “likely” hinged on a political inquiry sought by Mr Trump. The US envoy previously denied any politically motivated aid freeze. Mr Trump denies withholding $400m in aid to prod Ukraine into investigating his political rival, Joe Biden. NNPC GMD Mele Kolo Kyari says fuel subsidy is no more

The Group Managing Director (GMD) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Mele Kyari says the corporation saved more than three billion dollars from arbitration. Kyari made this known in a statement signed by Mr Samson Makoji, the acting spokesman for the corporation in Abuja on Tuesday. The front section of the six-storey building gutted by fire on Tuesday in Lagos Island has collapsed, killing a policeman at the scene. Executive Chairman, Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Mr Tunde Fowler has said that Nigeria will earn at least 80 per cent of her revenues from the non-oil sector of the economy in the next three years.
