Bayelsa State Command of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has flagged off the e-registration exercise for immigrants in the state. The Cross River Police Command has launched a manhunt for the abductors of the Nigeria Labour Congress, (NLC) Chairman in Cross River, Mr Ben Ukpepi, NAN reports. Network of University Legal Aid Institutions Nigeria (NULAI) says it provided legal aid services to no fewer than 436 pre-trial detainees of the Kuje Correctional Centre in 2018 and 2019. A Federal Capital Territory High Court has granted the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), 14 days to detain former Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Mr Mohammed Adoke, to complete investigation.
