Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau says henceforth kidnappers caught in the state will be facing death penalty. Former President Goodluck Jonathan on Thursday paid a “thank you” visit to the Presidential Villa, Abuja, where he briefly met with President Muhammadu Buhari.
