NSCDC seizes stolen crude in Imo

Bauchi State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested Zainab Malam Barka, 35, and her accomplice for allegedly stealing goats. They are residents of Madara District in the Katagum Local Government Area. Parading the suspects alongside others, the Command’s spokesman Garkuwa Y. Adamu, said that Zainab, with the help of one Usman Abubakar, 50, specialises in stealing goats. According to him, no fewer than 22 goats were stolen by the duo. Niger State Police Command has rejected reports that 37 people were killed in Nakundna and Wurukuchi communities in Shiroro Local Government Area. The police noted that 13 people lost their lives when bandits/terrorists attacked some villagers who were harvesting crops.
