The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s case against former Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha has been dismissed by the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.
In his decision, Justice Yusuf Halilu called the EFCC’s claims of fraud and abuse of authority against Okorocha as an abuse of judicial process, citing the anti-graft agency has already filed a similar petition against the defendant.
