Nigerian track and field athlete, Tobi Amusan, has qualified for the 100 metres hurdle women final in fascinating fashion.

She won her semi-final race and will compete against favourite Jasmine Camacho-Quinn who broke women’s 100m hurdles Olympic record in the semis.

Camacho-Quinn smashed Sally Pearson’s old mark by some 0.09 seconds, clocking 12.26 to win the third semi and qualify for the final.

The third semi was quickest, and she’s joined in the final by Megan Tapper (JAM), Nadine Visser (NED), Gabriele Cunningham (USA), Britany Anderson (JAM), Kendra Harrison (USA) and Devynne Charlton (BAH).
