Osinbajo bestowed Life Bencher award

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has been bestowed the Life Bencher award at a ceremony held on Friday at the National Judicial Institute.

VP Osinbajo, who is a professor of law and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria was decorated with the award by chairman, Body of Benchers, Alh. Bashir M. Dalhatu.

Also in attendance were acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Dr. Tanko Mohammed and former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Aloma Mariam Mukhtar.

Taking to Instagram after the ceremony, Prof. Osinbajo wrote, “Today, I was proffered with the award of Life Bencher at the Body of Benchers Awards ceremony, at the National Judicial Institute.”
