Nollywood actor, content creator, and social media influencer Charles Okocha, popularly known as Igwe2pac, is set to wed the love of his life.

The actor, also known as Phenomenal, who has two children from prior relationships, announced his upcoming marriage on his Instagram account today, November 5th, 2024.

Okocha shared beautiful images with his fiancée and launched the wedding hashtag #MICHARLES2024, revealing that the ceremony will take place this year.

This development is surprising given Okocha’s earlier doubts regarding marriage.

In a previous interview, he expressed scepticism because of the high divorce rate, saying, “People you look up to are getting divorced… How do you want me to get into this marriage thing?”

In his words, he said, “The truth is, I have never been married in my life, and I am a happy man. You and I know what is going on these days. You see a couple married for a couple of years, and next, they are divorced.

“People you see as role models are getting divorced, and when you see them, you are like, What is going on?

“These are people you have been looking up to, and now they are divorced; how then do you want me to get into this marriage thing?”
