Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich have officially drawn a line under their summer transfer business, according to their sporting director, Max Eberl.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano in a statement on X on Thursday, Eberl confirmed that Bayern do not intend to make any further signings after completing the arrivals of Nene Brown and Ismael Saibari.
“We closed the transfers of Nene Brown and Ismael Saibari very quickly. I thought it was clear that we are done with incomings,” Eberl said.
The Bayern manager also dismissed the numerous transfer reports that have linked the Bundesliga champions with new targets in recent weeks.
“I had to smile about the names being linked to us. There’s 0% truth to these rumors,” he added.
Eberl’s statements convey a clear message that Bayern is content with their present team and has no plans to add any more players before the transfer season shuts.
While talk about prospective arrivals is expected to continue until deadline day, Bayern’s hierarchy has made its position clear, with Eberl stating that the club’s transfer business is complete unless unforeseen circumstances emerge.
