Bobrisky: Falana, Falz demands retraction, apology from VDM over defamatory allegations

Femi Falana’s legal team has requested a retraction of defamatory statements against his son, Folarin Falana, also known as Falz.  The letter, signed by Taiwo E. Olawanle, Esq., and posted on September 26, 2024, was in response to allegations linking Falz to a conversation involving Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, regarding financial assistance and legal intervention. No fewer than 28 people were killed and 19 others seriously injured when a bus swerved into a river in southern Ethiopia on Wednesday, local authorities said. The accident, according to reports, happened in Wolaita,i which lies about 400 kilometres (around 250 miles) south of the capital Addis Ababa. “So far, 28 people have died in the accident and 19 others have been seriously injured,” local authorities said on Facebook. The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday adjourned the money laundering case against former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, brought by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) until October 30, 2024, for a ruling. Private Ruth Ogunleye, a former female soldier who was discharged after accusing a senior officer, Colonel I.B.
