The federal government has approved the purchase of 35 extra linear accelerators as part of efforts to increase access to cancer treatment across the country. Seven miners have been reported dead after a mining pit collapsed on them at Kassa community in the Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau State on Wednesday evening.
