Prof. Babagana Zulum, the executive governor of Borno State, visited the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) orientation camp in Maiduguri on Saturday. Following the reopening of the camp after 13 years, Zulum, at his visit,announced the donation of N36.4 million as palliatives to the 1,215 youth corps members deployed to the state for their national service. Niger military rulers order UN official out within 72 hours EU decides on sanctioning Niger military junta

The military junta in Niger has expelled the Nigerian ambassador, Mohamed Usman, from the country. The military leader of the country also ordered the German Ambassador, Olivier Schnakenberg, to leave.
