An explosion at a fuel depot in Cotonou, Benin Republic, has claimed the lives of 34 people. On Saturday, a government official confirmed the incident to journalists. The Niger State Police Command has apprehended five people in possession of a human skull. The suspects confessed that they were asked by an alfa to bring the skull for a money ritual.
